Nevanac Eye Drops

Nevanac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used primarily to treat pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery. The brand was originally developed by Alcon, a company founded in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.

Starting in 2011, Alcon became a division of Novartis, a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical corporation. However, in 2019, Alcon was spun off into a standalone public company headquartered in Switzerland. Consequently, while the brand's scientific roots are in the United States, its corporate governance is now Swiss-based.
