Nestlé Honey Cheerios

Honey Cheerios is a popular sweetened whole-grain breakfast cereal. While the Cheerios brand was originally created by General Mills in the United States in 1941, the international distribution and branding (including the UK and European markets) are managed through a long-standing joint venture.

In most markets outside of North America, Cheerios are produced and sold by Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW). This entity is a joint venture between the Swiss multinational Nestlé and the American company General Mills. The manufacturing of these cereals takes place in various regional facilities across Europe and other continents to serve local markets.

The brand ownership is a unique collaborative effort where General Mills provides the intellectual property and brand heritage, while Nestlé provides the global distribution network and logistical support.
