FRITZ!Box is the flagship brand of networking devices developed by the German company AVM GmbH. Founded in Berlin in 1986, AVM has become a market leader in broadband terminal equipment in Europe, particularly in the DACH region. The product shown is a multifaceted router combining DSL/fiber modems with Wi-Fi, telephony, and smart home capabilities.

While many consumer electronics are manufactured in Asia, AVM is notably distinct for keeping a significant portion of its production within Europe. Most FRITZ!Box devices are manufactured in Germany, Poland, and Romania. The company is currently undergoing a change in ownership; as of 2024, the European investment firm Imker Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in AVM to facilitate future growth and succession planning for the original founders.
