Founded in 1969 by Tomás Pascual in Aranda de Duero, the company revolutionized the Spanish market by introducing the first long-life (UHT) milk in Tetra Brik packaging.

Today, the brand remains under the control of the Pascual family through the holding company Corporación Empresarial Pascual. The manufacturing process is primarily centered in Spain, with its main production facility located in Aranda de Duero (Burgos). The company is noted for being the first major dairy in Spain to receive the Animal Welfare certification from AENOR across all its partner farms, ensuring a sustainable and ethical production chain.
