Majonez Kielecki mayonnaise

Majonez Kielecki is one of Poland's most iconic food products, produced in the city of Kielce. First introduced in 1959, it is widely considered the first mass-produced mayonnaise in Poland and is famous for its distinct, sharp flavor, which is achieved through a traditional recipe and the use of high-quality mustard from the same manufacturer.

The product is manufactured by Wytwórcza Spółdzielnia Pracy 'Społem' (WSP 'Społem'), a worker cooperative with deep roots in Polish industrial history dating back to 1920. Unlike many other major Polish food brands that were acquired by international conglomerates, Kielecki remains under the ownership of its original cooperative structure, making it a purely Polish-owned brand produced locally.
