Ferrarelle is one of Italy's most iconic beverage brands, renowned for its naturally effervescent mineral water. Founded in 1893, the brand originates from the volcanic area of Riardo in the Campania region, specifically at the foot of the Roccamonfina volcano. Unlike many other bottled waters, Ferrarelle's bubbles are created naturally through rock filtration and gas absorption deep underground.

While the brand was once part of large international groups like Danone, it returned to Italian ownership in 2005 through Ferrarelle Società Benefit (formerly LGR Holding). Today, the brand remains a symbol of Italian industrial heritage, with its primary manufacturing and bottling operations remaining strictly in its place of origin, Riardo, Italy. The company is noted for its sustainability efforts, including its own bottle recycling plant.
