Today, Haibike is part of the Winora Group, which is owned by the Accell Group. Manufacturing is concentrated in European facilities, notably in Hungary and Germany, to ensure high quality and engineering standards. The brand remains at the forefront of integration, being one of the first to seamlessly blend motors and batteries into the frame design.

Ownership of Haibike shifted in 2022 when the Accell Group was acquired by a consortium led by KKR, an American global investment firm. This move provided the brand with significant capital to continue its technological expansion in the competitive e-bike market.
