The brand is manufactured exclusively at the Odesa Mineral Water Plant "Kuyalnyk," which is located directly at the spring source to preserve the water's natural mineral profile. The plant is a modern facility that extractions water from the Upper Sarmatian aquifer at a depth of 90 meters.

Ownership of the brand resides with the Corporation "Ukrainian Mineral Waters" LLC (ТОВ "Корпорація Українські мінеральні води"), a major national production and distribution company headquartered in Kyiv. While the corporation manages several famous local brands like Svalyava and Polyana Kvasova, recent corporate filings indicate its ultimate beneficial ownership involves international holding structures, including individuals registered in Cyprus, which is a common corporate arrangement for major Ukrainian enterprises.
