Gullón Digestive Oats choc biscuits are a prominent product of Galletas Gullón, one of Europe's leading biscuit manufacturers. The brand was founded in 1892 by Manuel Gullón in Aguilar de Campoo, a town in the Palencia province of Spain, traditionally known for its high-quality wheat production.

Today, the company remains a 100% family-owned business, a rarity in the global food industry dominated by large conglomerates. Production is centered in its two main high-tech facilities: the Gullón II factory (one of the largest and most automated biscuit factories in Europe) and the VIDA plant, both located in its original hometown of Aguilar de Campoo. The brand is particularly well-known for pioneering the 'healthy biscuit' segment in Spain, being the first to launch wholemeal biscuits in the country in the late 20th century.
