Coosur Serie Oro Virgin Olive Oil

Coosur is one of Spain's most iconic olive oil brands, originating from the province of Jaén, the heart of the world's olive oil production. The brand name itself is a contraction of 'Cooperativa del Sur'.

Starting as a cooperative of local farmers, it grew into a major industrial entity known as Aceites del Sur (Acesur). Today, the product is primarily manufactured in its historic facilities in Vilches (Jaén), Spain. Coosur remains 100% Spanish-owned through the Guillén family and their company Acesur, which manages the entire production cycle from harvest to bottling, ensuring the product's deep roots in Andalusian agricultural tradition.
