Lanjarón is a flagship Spanish brand of natural mineral water that traces its history back to the health-giving properties discovered in the springs of Lanjarón, a village in the Sierra Nevada mountains, as early as 1792. Commercial bottling officially commenced in 1818, establishing its long-standing heritage in the Iberian beverage market.

The water is sourced and bottled exclusively in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, specifically within the Andalusia region of Spain. This unique high-altitude origin provides the water with its distinct mineral composition. Over two centuries, the brand has grown from a local therapeutic resource to one of the most recognized premium water brands in Spain.

Today, Lanjarón is owned by the French multinational food-products corporation Danone. Following its acquisition by the Group, it became part of Danone's specialized water division, which manages several global and local hydration brands. The brand is managed locally by Danone Spain (Aguas Danone S.A.), maintaining its deep cultural ties to its Spanish roots while benefiting from the global distribution and sustainability standards of its parent company.
