Moritz Eiskonfekt is a traditional German confectionery product known for its unique cooling sensation when it melts in the mouth. This 'icy' effect is achieved by using coconut oil, which has a lower melting point than cocoa butter, absorbing heat from the mouth during consumption. The brand was originally founded in 1936 in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld by Egon Lippke.

Over the decades, the brand has changed ownership several times, moving from the Zucker AG Uelzen-Braunschweig to Nappo Dr. Helle in Krefeld. Today, the brand is owned by the WAWI Group (WAWI Schokoladen AG), a German chocolate manufacturer headquartered in Pirmasens. The production is currently centered in Kempen, Germany, where the WAWI Group operates its specialized 'NappoLand' facility. The product remains a staple in German candy aisles, often recognized by its colorful cube-shaped foil wrappers.
