Pistì is a renowned Italian brand specializing in high-quality confectionery products, most notably its spreadable pistachio cream. The brand was established in 2002 by two young Sicilian entrepreneurs, Nino Marino and Vincenzo Longhitano, in Bronte, a town at the foot of Mount Etna famous for its 'Green Gold'—the Bronte pistachio.

The product is manufactured in Sicily, Italy, specifically in Bronte, where the company operates its own production plants. This local manufacturing ensures that the authentic Sicilian flavors and traditional processing methods are preserved. In 2021, the parent company Antichi Sapori dell'Etna, which owns the Pistì brand, was acquired by the Nutkao Group, a major player in the international spread and chocolate market. Despite this acquisition, production remains deeply rooted in the Sicilian territory, utilizing the unique volcanic soil-grown pistachios that define the brand's identity.
