Ducs de Gascogne is a prestigious French gourmet food brand founded in 1953 by Gabriel Dubarry in Gimont, located in the Gers region of Southwest France. Known for its traditional Gascon specialties like foie gras and terrines, this specific product is a vegetable-based spread (concassé) combining artichoke, parmesan cheese, and truffle juice, marketed as part of their 'L'Heure de l'Apéro' range for appetizers.

The brand has undergone several ownership changes in recent years. After decades as a family-run business, it was acquired in 2017 by Marie and Cyril Jollivet. In 2023, the company was further integrated into the French Gourmet Food group, which is itself backed by the investment holding Bio Conquête. This group consolidates various high-quality local food producers in France to expand their distribution and presence in the gourmet market. Despite these corporate transitions, production remains rooted in France, particularly centered around the brand's historic site in Gimont.
