Tuğba Türk Çayı is a premium black tea produced by the renowned Turkish brand Tuğba Kuruyemiş. Originally founded in 1980 in Aydın, Turkey, by the Tonkul family, the company began as a local nut and dried fruit provider but quickly expanded into a major national retail chain. The tea is sourced from the fertile Black Sea region of Turkey, specifically the Rize province, which is famous for its ideal climate for tea cultivation.

Tuğba Kuruyemiş remains a family-founded enterprise, though it faced a period of state administration (TMSF) starting in 2017 due to local legal proceedings. Despite these shifts in high-level management, the brand maintains its headquarters in Aydın and continues to operate over 100 stores across Turkey, specializing in traditional Turkish snacks, coffee, and tea. The product reflects the deep-rooted Turkish tea culture, traditionally served in tulip-shaped glasses.
