ratiopharm NasenDuo is a popular over-the-counter nasal spray used to relieve nasal congestion and support the healing of damaged nasal mucosa. It contains two active ingredients: Xylometazoline, which acts as a decongestant, and Dexpanthenol, which promotes wound healing.

The ratiopharm brand was originally founded in Ulm, Germany, in 1974 by Adolf Merckle. It became the first German pharmaceutical company to specialize in generic medications, aiming to provide high-quality medicine at lower costs. Today, ratiopharm remains one of the most recognized pharmaceutical brands in Germany.

Since 2010, ratiopharm has been a key subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., a global pharmaceutical leader headquartered in Israel.
