Mon Chéri is a world-renowned chocolate praline launched by the Italian confectionery giant Ferrero in 1956. The brand name, which translates from French as 'my darling,' was chosen to evoke a sense of affection and luxury. The product is famous for its 'Piedmont Cherry'—a whole heart cherry suspended in a liquid liqueur and encased in a crunchy dark chocolate shell.

Although the Ferrero brand originates from Italy, Mon Chéri became particularly successful in the German market, where it has been produced for decades at the Ferrero factory in Stadtallendorf.
