The trademark rights are held by DrinkStar GmbH, a company based in Rosenheim, Germany. Manufacturing is typically handled by various regional franchise partners across Germany to ensure fresh local distribution and reduce logistical footprints. DrinkStar itself is a subsidiary of the Symrise AG group, a major global player in the flavor and fragrance industry based in Holzminden, Germany.
