Kronan snus

Kronan is a well-known Swedish snus brand introduced in 2005. It was developed to offer a high-quality snus experience at a more competitive price point compared to premium legacy brands. The flavor profile is traditionally characterized by a dark tobacco taste with hints of citrus, violet, and green herbs, which has made it a stable choice for Swedish consumers.

Today, the brand is manufactured and owned by Swedish Match. In late 2022, Swedish Match was acquired by the global tobacco giant Philip Morris International (PMI). Despite this change in ultimate ownership, the production of Kronan remains concentrated in Sweden to maintain its authentic characteristics and meet the strict standards of the Swedish National Food Agency.
