Mythos Beer

Mythos is a prominent Greek beer brand, first launched in 1997. It was created by the Mythos Brewery, which was originally the Boutari Group's Hens & Kaloyannis venture into the brewing industry after acquiring the Henninger Hellas S.A. facilities. The lager quickly became a household name and a symbol of Greek holiday refreshments.

Over the years, the brand transitioned through international ownership. Following an acquisition by Scottish & Newcastle in 2002, Mythos ultimately became part of the Carlsberg Group in 2008 when Carlsberg and Heineken jointly acquired S&N. Today, it stands as one of the most recognizable Greek exports in the beverage sector, brewed and distributed primarily from its facilities in Sindos, Thessaloniki.
