Aqua d'Or still mineral water

Aqua d'Or is a leading brand of natural mineral water originating from Denmark. The water is sourced from the Aqua d'Or spring, located deep beneath the Jutland heath in Brande, Denmark, where it is filtered through layers of sand for centuries before being bottled at the source. This ensure a high level of purity and a consistent mineral composition.

While originally built into a powerhouse by local Danish enterprise, the brand gained significant international backing when it was acquired by the French multinational Danone. However, in recent years, ownership has shifted again; as part of a strategic reorganization, Danone sold Aqua d'Or to the Royal Unibrew group, a major Nordic beverage company headquartered in Denmark. This transition brought the brand back under Danish ultimate ownership, aligning its corporate management with its geographical and historical roots.
