Nordthy Biscuits for Cheese

Nordthy Biscuits for Cheese (Kiks til ost) is an assortment box featuring six crispy cracker and biscuit varieties created to complement a range of cheese boards.

Nordthy originated in 1966 in Thisted, Denmark, initially established by Børge Lukassen as a local supplier of bakery goods, cakes, and confectionery. Over the decades, it has grown into a major Nordic brand producing and distributing sweet and savoury baked goods, nuts, and snacks across Europe and internationally.

While the brand is owned and headquartered in Denmark under the family-controlled holding company Lukassen Holding ApS (operating via Nordthy A/S), cracker assortments in this format are commonly manufactured in Europe, notably in the Netherlands, before distribution to UK and continental retailers.
