Proshop e-commerce retail service

Proshop is one of Denmark's largest and most well-known online retailers specializing in consumer electronics, computer hardware, home appliances, toys, and smart home solutions.

Founded in 1995 in Aarhus, Denmark, Proshop started as a physical IT store before transitioning into pure-play e-commerce in 2005. Over the years, Proshop expanded aggressively across Northern and Central Europe, operating localized webshops in countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, and Poland.

Today, Proshop is primarily owned by the Danish retail and investment conglomerate Heartland A/S, the investment holding company of the Holch Povlsen family (associated with Bestseller). While Proshop operates an automated central fulfillment warehouse in Højbjerg near Aarhus, Denmark, the products it retails are manufactured globally across multiple countries by their respective electronic and consumer brand manufacturers.
