Pforzheimer Kaffeerösterei Bio Enzkreismischung is an organic coffee blend composed of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta beans. It is gently roasted using a long traditional drum roasting procedure lasting 14 to 17 minutes to minimize acidity.

The coffee is locally roasted and packaged in Germany by Pforzheimer Kaffeerösterei, an independent artisanal coffee roastery located in Keltern (near Pforzheim) in Baden-Württemberg. The green coffee beans are sourced from non-EU organic agriculture.

Pforzheimer Kaffeerösterei operates independently as a family-owned craft roastery, with no corporate parent or conglomerate ownership.
