Hoka Anacapa 2 Low GTX

The Hoka Anacapa 2 Low GTX is a premium, waterproof low-cut hiking shoe developed by Hoka (formerly Hoka One One). Engineered with Vibram Megagrip outsoles and GORE-TEX waterproof technology, the Anacapa line is specifically designed for trail hiking and outdoor performance.

Hoka was founded in Annecy, France, in 2009 by former Salomon employees Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Diard. The brand revolutionized running footwear by introducing maximalist cushioning and rockered soles designed for downhill trail running and endurance racing. In 2012, American footwear corporation Deckers Brands (Deckers Outdoor Corporation) acquired Hoka and rapidly expanded its global presence.

While design, research, and corporate management are conducted primarily in the United States and Europe, mass production of Hoka footwear is outsourced to specialized manufacturing partners across Southeast Asia, primarily in Vietnam, alongside facilities in China and Cambodia.
