Alb-Gold (often recognized under the Alb-Gold / Albgold label) is a renowned German producer of traditional Swabian egg pasta, spaetzle, and organic pasta specialties. Founded in Trochtelfingen in Baden-Württemberg on the Swabian Jura (Schwäbische Alb), the company was established by the Freidler family, who developed the brand from a local direct-marketing poultry farm into one of Germany's leading specialty pasta makers.

The manufacturing of Alb-Gold products takes place primarily in Trochtelfingen, Germany, as well as at dedicated production facilities in Riesa (Teigwaren Riesa, which is also part of the family-owned group). The company emphasizes regional sourcing, traditional bronze die extrusion methods, and high ecological standards.

Alb-Gold Teigwaren GmbH remains entirely privately owned by the founding Freidler family through ALB-GOLD Teigwaren GmbH and its parent holding, representing an authentic medium-sized German family enterprise.
