Today, Columbia remains under the ownership of Columbia Sportswear Company, a publicly traded company headquartered in Portland, Oregon, USA. The company operates multiple outdoor brands including SOREL, Mountain Hardwear, and prAna.

Like many global athletic and outdoor footwear manufacturers, Columbia produces its shoes through contracted manufacturing partners located across several Asian nations, predominantly Vietnam, China, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
