Madroñales is a traditional sweet wine originating from Chipiona, in the province of Cádiz, Spain. It is specifically a 'Moscatel de Pasas', crafted using the sun-drying method (soleo) of Muscat grapes, which concentrates the sugars to create a rich, dark dessert wine typical of the region.

The product is manufactured and bottled by the Cooperativa Católico Agrícola, a historic winemaking cooperative founded in 1922. This cooperative is one of the oldest and most significant in the Sherry (Jerez-Xérès-Sherry) and Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda production area. As a cooperative, it is owned by its member farmers who cultivate the vineyards in Chipiona, maintaining the local heritage and traditional winemaking techniques of the Andalusian coast.
