The region of Puglia is renowned for its high-quality durum wheat, which serves as the primary ingredient for their traditional pasta recipes. The brand remains deeply rooted in its original location, continuing to manufacture its products in Italy to maintain the authentic Mediterranean quality it has been known for for over a century.

Today, Riscossa is still operated as a family-led enterprise through Pastificio Riscossa F.lli Mastromauro S.p.A. The company has expanded its reach internationally, exporting its wide range of semolina pasta, organic lines, and sauces to over 80 countries. Despite its global presence, the ultimate ownership and production headquarters remain firmly based in Italy, preserving the legacy of the Mastromauro family.
