Founded in 1927, the cooperative is renowned for its commitment to traditional mountain farming and was the first dairy in Germany to be Naturland Fair certified. The Skyr is produced using fresh mountain milk from local Alpine farms, emphasizing regionality and sustainable agricultural practices.
