It is manufactured in Spain by CCCEDA, S.L., located in Gavà, Barcelona, which acts as a packaging and supply partner for the retailer.

As a private label, the brand was created by the DIA Group to offer a value-based alternative to international and major national beer brands. DIA Group (Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentación, S.A.) is a multinational company with its headquarters in Madrid, Spain, and operates thousands of stores across several countries. Since 2019, the ultimate majority ownership of DIA Group has been held by LetterOne, an international investment business headquartered in Luxembourg, which acquired the company through a successful takeover bid.
