Historically part of the Vivarte Group for over 30 years, Caroll underwent a significant ownership change in 2021 when it was acquired by the Beaumanoir Group. This acquisition integrated Caroll into a larger fashion ecosystem alongside brands like Cache Cache and Morgan. While the creative vision remains rooted in France, manufacturing is distributed across multiple countries to accommodate global supply chain requirements, predominantly focusing on regions with high textile expertise in Europe and Asia.
