Qualimax is a well-established Brazilian brand specializing in products for the food service sector and retail market since 1993. The brand is highly recognized for its range of powdered beverages, broths, seasonings, and dessert mixes designed for high-volume preparation and household convenience.

The brand was originally established by the Liotécnica group, a Brazilian pioneer in freeze-drying and food technology. In 2023, the brand underwent a significant ownership change when the American multi-national food corporation Kraft Heinz completed the acquisition of a majority stake in several brand assets through its Brazilian operations. This move integrated Qualimax into one of the world's largest food and beverage portfolios, aiming to expand its presence in the professional food service market.

Currently, Qualimax products are primarily manufactured in Brazil, leveraging the local infrastructure and sourcing networks established by its original parent company. This local production ensures that the brand remains a staple in Brazilian kitchens and restaurants while benefiting from the global supply chain and distribution expertise of Kraft Heinz.
