In 2021, the Catelli brand was acquired by Barilla Group from Ebro Foods as part of a strategic deal to strengthen Barilla's presence in the North American market. Today, Catelli products continue to be manufactured locally in Canada, primarily at their facility in Montreal, ensuring that the brand maintains its deep-rooted connection to Canadian agriculture and consumers while benefiting from the global expertise of the Barilla Group.
