Point Beer

Stevens Point Brewery, located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is one of the oldest continuously operating breweries in the United States, founded in 1857. The brand has a rich heritage of crafting traditional lagers and specialty beers, persisting through the Prohibition era by producing near-beers and soft drinks. Today, it remains a proud representative of Midwestern brewing traditions.

The brewery is privately owned and operates as an independent entity, maintaining its production facilities in Wisconsin. Over the years, it has expanded its portfolio beyond the flagship Point Special Lager to include a variety of seasonal brews, gourmet sodas, and ciders. The company is currently owned by real estate developers Joe Magliocco and Jim Conway, who purchased the brewery in 2002 to preserve its historic legacy and independent status.
