Manufacturing for Don Simón products is primarily centered in Spain. In 2004, the company launched a major production facility in Huelva, which is strategically located amidst their own orange groves and mango plantations. This vertical integration allows them to squeeze the fruit within 24 hours of harvest, ensuring high quality. The Huelva plant is notable for its commitment to sustainability, operating with zero waste and zero net water consumption.

Today, J. García Carrión is the leading wine and juice producer in Spain and one of the largest in Europe. The company remains under the management of the García-Carrión family and has expanded its presence to over 150 countries worldwide, maintaining its headquarters in Madrid.
