Baileys Zimtschnecke is a limited edition Irish cream liqueur that blends the classic taste of Baileys with the flavor of cinnamon rolls (Zimtschnecke). It was actually invented in London in 1973 by a creative team including Tom Jago, David Gluckman, and Hugh Seymour-Davies, who were tasked with creating a new export product for Gilbeys of Ireland.

Today, the product is primarily manufactured at Diageo's state-of-the-art facilities in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, and Mallusk, Northern Ireland. It is famously made using fresh Irish dairy cream and aged Irish whiskey. The brand is owned by the global beverage giant Diageo, which maintains the brand's heritage as a quintessentially Irish product despite its London-based origin. Baileys has also achieved B Corp certification, reflecting its commitment to social and environmental standards in its global supply chain.
