In 2003, Bicentury became part of the Agrolimen group, a major Spanish food conglomerate. However, in 2015, the brand was acquired by Nutrition & Santé, a leading French company dedicated to dietary and health foods. Nutrition & Santé itself is a subsidiary of the Japanese pharmaceutical giant Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., making Otsuka the ultimate owner of the brand.

Today, Bicentury products continue to be manufactured in Spain, specifically at their dedicated production facility located in Quart, Girona (Catalonia). This regional focus ensures the preservation of the brand's Mediterranean heritage while benefiting from the global distribution and R&D capabilities of its parent companies.
