Valle del Taibilla is a brand deeply rooted in the rural mountains of Nerpio, Albacete, Spain. The brand specializes in organic (ecológica) food production, including high-quality fruit preserves, nuts, and vegetable conserves.

Founded in 1990 by a group of five students following a training course on Agriculture and Environment, the company began as a cooperative focused on ecological fruit farming—specifically raspberries and blackberries. Eventually, they pivoted from selling raw fruit to crafting their own artisanal jams to ensure fair value for their harvests. Today, the brand remains a local enterprise focused on sustainability, rural preservation, and organic integrity. Their products are made in their own facilities in Nerpio using traditional methods and natural sweeteners like agave syrup or grape juice instead of refined sugars.
