Tymbark is an iconic brand with deep roots in Central and Eastern Europe. Founded in 1936 in the Polish town of Tymbark by Józef Marek, it initially operated as a fruit and vegetable processing cooperative. Over decades, the brand became synonymous with high-quality juices and nectars, eventually expanding its portfolio to include carbonated drinks and snacks.

In 1999, Tymbark became part of the Maspex Group, one of the largest food concerns in Central and Eastern Europe. Under Maspex's ownership, the brand significantly expanded its international presence. For the Romanian market, products like the Tymbark Fizzy range are typically manufactured locally at the Maspex factory in Vălenii de Munte, utilizing regional production capabilities to serve the Southeast European market while maintaining the brand's original Polish heritage.
