Radenska Kraljevi Vrelec mineral water

Radenska is one of the most iconic and historic mineral water brands in Central Europe, with a heritage dating back to 1869 when Dr. Karl Henn first bottled the water in Radenci, Slovenia. The brand is famously recognized by its 'Three Hearts' logo, which was designed in 1931 and originally symbolized the unity of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes within the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

The water is sourced from the Kraljevi Vrelec (King's Spring) located 150 meters underground in the Radenci region of Slovenia. Due to its high mineral content and natural carbonation, it served as the official water for the imperial court in Vienna and the Papal Court in the Vatican. Today, it remains a dominant brand in the Adriatic region and is exported globally.

In 2015, after decades of being state-owned or under local brewery conglomerates, the brand was acquired by the Kofola Group, a major Czech beverage company. The acquisition allowed Radenska to integrate into a larger Central European distribution network while maintaining its traditional manufacturing roots at the original spring in Slovenia.
