Le Petit Marseillais is an iconic personal care brand founded in Provence, France, in the 1980s. Originally inspired by the traditional soap-making heritage of Marseille, the brand has expanded significantly into shampoos, body washes, and skin care products.

Starting as an independent creation by Bernard Lengellé, it was later acquired by the American multinational Johnson & Johnson. In 2023, Johnson & Johnson spun off its consumer health division into a new independent entity named Kenvue. Consequently, Le Petit Marseillais is now under the ultimate ownership of Kenvue. While its heart remains in France, manufacturing takes place in various European facilities to serve its international markets.
