Lidski Kvas (Bread-based beverage)

Lidski Kvas is a traditional fermented rye bread beverage produced by the Lidskoe Pivo brewery in Lida, Belarus. Originally established in 1876, the brewery has a long-standing history of producing local beverages. Since 2008, the company has been part of the Olvi Group, a Finnish brewing conglomerate. The product is renowned for its traditional brewing process, using natural ingredients to achieve its characteristic sweet and sour bread flavor. While primarily manufactured and consumed in Belarus, it is also exported to various international markets, particularly within the post-Soviet space and regions with a significant Eastern European diaspora like Germany.
