Rawbite is a Danish brand founded in 2009 by Morten Mellentin, Nikolaj Lehmann, and Rolf Nolsøe Bau. In 2016, Rawbite was acquired by the German confectionery giant Bahlsen, which provided the financial backing and logistical network to expand the brand's global footprint.
