Centrum is one of the world's most recognized multivitamin brands, originally developed in the United States. The brand was first launched in the late 1970s by Lederle Laboratories, which later became part of Wyeth. Over decades of pharmaceutical acquisitions, the brand transitioned through Pfizer's portfolio before becoming a flagship product of a major consumer healthcare joint venture.

Currently, Centrum is owned by Haleon, a dedicated consumer healthcare company that was formed following a demerger from GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) in 2022. While originally an American invention, Centrum products distributed in the European market, including the Polish and Hungarian labeled version seen here, are typically manufactured in major European facilities, most notably in Italy.
