OCB Premium Slim Rolling Papers

OCB (Odet-Cascadec-Bolloré) is one of the world's most iconic brands of rolling papers. Founded in 1918 in Ergué-Gabéric, France, the brand takes its name from the Odet River and the Cascadec mill where production originally began under the Bolloré family. For over a century, OCB has been synonymous with high-quality, ultra-thin French rolling papers.

Today, while the brand maintains its French heritage and continues primary production in France, ownership has shifted. In 2000, American businessman Don Levin and his company, Republic Technologies, acquired a majority stake in the brand from the Bolloré Group. As of 2024 and beyond, Republic Technologies remains the ultimate owner, distributing OCB products globally from its headquarters in the United States while keeping the manufacturing roots firmly planted in French paper-making traditions.
