Björnekulla is a classic Swedish food brand with roots dating back to 1907 in Åstorp, Scania. Known for its traditional recipes for preserves, pickles, and jams, the brand emphasizes natural ingredients and Swedish culinary heritage.

Historically a cooperative, Björnekulla underwent various ownership changes before being acquired by the Finnish food group Foodstock, which later became part of the broader Nordic food network. Today, the brand is owned by the Swedish conglomerate Kavli, which is unique in that it is entirely owned by the Kavli Trust (Kavlifonden). This means that a large portion of the profits is donated to humanitarian causes, research, and culture. The manufacturing of Björnekulla marmalades and preserves primarily takes place in Sweden, continuing its long tradition of Scania-based production.
