It was previously part of the Honeywell Safety Products portfolio before being acquired by Rocky Brands, Inc. in 2021. This transition placed the brand alongside other major rugged footwear names like Rocky, Georgia Boot, and Durango.

While the brand maintains its headquarters and design operations in the United States, manufacturing is primarily outsourced to facilities in China and Southeast Asia to meet global demand.
