Havre Fras is a well-known breakfast cereal brand across the Nordic region, recognized for its distinctive pillow-shaped toasted oat puffs. The brand was originally launched in 1959 by the Swedish company Quaker Oats AB (a subsidiary of the American Quaker Oats Company). It has since become a staple in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, valued for its high whole grain and fiber content.

While the brand's roots are Swedish, the production is primarily centralized at specialized manufacturing facilities in Denmark. Over the decades, the ownership has shifted through major corporate acquisitions. For many years, it was part of the PepsiCo portfolio following their acquisition of Quaker Oats. However, in recent years, the business was part of a strategic divestment of several juice and cereal brands. Currently, Havre Fras is owned by Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills, which manages the production and distribution of many leading cereal brands globally.
