Jelly Belly is an iconic confectionery brand that revolutionized the candy world with the introduction of its flavor-infused jelly beans in 1976. Unlike traditional jelly beans where only the shell is flavored, Jelly Belly beans feature flavor in both the center and the shell. The brand originated in California and has since expanded its product lines to include various collections such as 'Sour', 'Cocktail Classics', and the infamous 'BeanBoozled'.

Manufacturing takes place at the company's headquarters in Fairfield, California, as well as a facility in North Chicago, Illinois. To meet international demand, the company also operates a manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand. In late 2023, the family-owned Jelly Belly Candy Company was acquired by Ferrara Candy Company, bringing the brand under the umbrella of the Ferrero Group, the global confectionery giant based in Italy and Luxembourg.
